Q: Are you really shipping from the US?

A: Yes, we have warehouses in California and Florida. The only time a bike will be shipped from any other location is on those rare instances we have to restock from the manufacturers.

 

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: We ship on Tuesdays and Thurdays but delivery can take between 7 - 14 days.

 

Q: How are you affected by COVID19?

A: We have reduced timings leading to slower replies and at times our shipping routes can get affected causing delays in delivery.

 

Q: What should I do if there is a delay?

A: We can only ask you to be patient as we do what we can to get your bike to you.

 

Q: What if the delay takes more than 4 weeks?

A: On rare occasions we might get double ordered and so we would have to wait for the bikes to get manufactured and shipped to our warehouse for delivery. If this happens, we will refund part of the cost of the bike to you.

 

Q: Do the bikes need assembling?

A: Yes, our bikes require some assembling when shipped. A manual will be included with the bike. You must however give the bike to be assembled by a professional to avoid any mishap, although you can also "Do It Yourself".

 

Q: Do you have a store we could visit?

A: Sorry we are an online-only retailer, that's how we keep our cost minimal and are able to offer you these fantastic prices. So we don't have any physical location apart from our office in Dover.

 

 

Q: The Bike I want is out of stock, what should I do?

A: Send us an email, and we will contact you when we restock.
